World Autism Awareness Day

To raise awareness and acceptance for autism spectrum disorder and differences in everyone, the United Nations named April 2 World Autism Awareness Day. Autism Aspergers Friendship Society and Autism Calgary have mapped this event as the largest of its kind in Canada since 2014. This is the 8th annual event. We help society embrace diversity in not only autism but both visible and invisible disabilities. In light of recent events, this year’s World Autism Awareness Day celebration will be VIRTUAL.

At the event there will be Autism community vendors and displays, virtual art activities, virtual live entertainment, games, contests and so much more!!!
